Our
On-Site Management & Service Program offers a risk-free
consignment which enables you the Charity to relieve
yourself of the responsibility of running a silent auction
and focus on the other aspects of your event. Obtaining
donations are always an important part of any auction,
but being assured the finest selection of additional
items will be crucial to your success. If you have some
great sport or celebrity items donated, let us know
and we will be happy to include them in the set up.
By teaming up we can alleviate much of the pressure
off you and your staff by professionally managing it
from start to finish. Our courteous staff is there as
if we are an extension of your organization. When you
experience our management services first hand, you are
sure to be relived by the level of professionalism and
commitment to excellence we hold for your organization's
event. Our goal here is to be invited to your future
events. What if your fundraiser is good to go, but you
just need a few more unique collectibles? Just give
a telephone call. We'll help you select some great pieces
off the floor of our store. No notice is too short for
us to able to help make your event a huge success!
How It Works: We will hold an in-depth conversation
with you and /or your committee to discuss our services
and capabilities and then to learn and understand your
target audience. Once a clear understanding of your
event is accomplished, we then begin to prepare a suggested
list of auction items. These items or type of items
have a proven track record of success. These items are
matched to the demographics of your guests. Prior to
event, we will provide a list of all items to be delivered
with the consignment cost of each item. There are no
hidden costs. All revenue generated above the consignment
cost of the item in the auction goes directly to your
organization. All bidding will start at a price above
the consignment cost offered to your organization. This
means that with the very first bid, your organization
will begin raising money. Our program is designed and
executed to run smoothly and professionally. We are
on-site managing every aspect of the auction process
from 2 hours prior to the event to the redemption of
all auction items at its conclusion. Should you have
donated sport related items we will incorporate these
in the set up of all sport and celebrity auction items.
We request a description and background for your item(s)
and a suggested starting bid. During the auction, we
will man the exhibition area in order to provide pertinent
information and background of the items and answer any
questions the prospective bidders may have. We have
found this to stimulate interest and increase the number
bids on the respective items. In the event an item(s)
failed to receive a bid or a bidder defaulted, we simply
take back the item at no cost to the charity. Should
you require the use of a credit card machine, we can
provide this. There are no charge back card fees for
this service for items that we provide. We consider
this a cost of doing business. We do impose a 3% charge
for any item sold that we did NOT provide as this is
what the credit card companies, on an average, charge
us. The significance of providing a credit card service
is not many individuals, especially men, carry large
sums of cash or a checkbook, but almost everyone carries
a credit card. Upon completion of the event, we will
sit down with you or your representative and confirm
those items that sold and their cost. If we are taking
the money from your guests, we will balance the ledger
right then and write a check for the proceeds to your
organization. Should you take the money, we will provide
the exact costs owed us and request payment within 7
days. We can provide sample bid sheets and sample auction
rules which we will assist you to tailor and fit your
organization. If you prefer, we will print the bid sheets
and fill these out with the name of the item, description,
and starting bid. We request a copy of your logo and
any pertinent information we should include in the bid
sheet header such as '4th Annual.
