We work the auction. We interact with your guests providing pertinent and background information about the items; the sport personalities, history of the event, lead ups and consequences, basically, the information that will spark interest and additional bids.

We've been involved with charitable organizations, police and fire benefits, college and schools, local team fundraisers, and individual memorials for over sixteen years. We have interacted, supported, and assisted over 300 galas, golf outings, and events.

We will interview you in order to educate us about the type of clientele that will be attending your function to provide items that are most conducive to their wants.

You are our client. We work within the perimeters of your event. It is our goal to make the event an enjoyable experience to you and for your guests.

We have the organizational display and presentation balance experience to setup and exhibit the auction items to visually appeal to the perspective bidder(s) and afford the bidders adequate room to place a bid or up the ante of another.

We custom design bid sheets with your logo and auction rules that fit your event.

We offer credit card services should your organization not have that ability. If we are to take the monies from the items that sold, we will reconcile right after the event and pay the organization at this time, not at some point down the road. If you take the monies, we will still reconcile the items that sold and provide a soft invoice then. A hard copy will be mailed the following day.
